Benefit Cosmetics UK Cheshire Oaks is hiring a Full-time, Fixed-Term Counter Manager to lead the brow and beauty counter and drive sales while delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will guide Brow and Beauty Experts, manage stock and admin, and plan events to raise brand presence.

Qualifications

• Dynamic, enthusiastic and sales-driven.
• Passion for make-up with a focus on achieving sales targets.
• Result-oriented with a drive to exceed sales expectations.
• Desire to provide a unique customer experience that drives loyalty.
• Flexible availability including weekends, late nights, bank holidays.
• Minimum 4 years of customer service experience in retail or hospitality.
• Minimum 6 months of management experience.

Responsibilities

• Sales management: lead and motivate Brow and Beauty Experts to hit and exceed goals.
• Brow services: provide waxing, tinting and tweezing to ensure satisfaction.
• Target-driven sales: connect with customers and demonstrate products to achieve targets.
• Teamwork: conduct daily meetings and promote open communication.
• Brand growth: develop in-store events and collaborations to boost sales.
• Stock optimisation: maintain full stock and monitor inventory levels.
• Administration: handle daily, weekly, monthly, and annual tasks.
• Staff scheduling: create monthly rotas that optimize coverage.
• Brand presentation: maintain hygiene and professional displays.
