Ideal candidates are sales-driven, with a passion for makeup, strong leadership, and flexibility to work weekends and holidays. Prior customer service experience and some management exposure are required.

• Excellent customer experience focus and loyalty building.
• Flexible availability including weekends, late nights and holidays; 4+ years customer service and 6 months management.

Aufgaben

• Lead and motivate Brow and Beauty Experts to hit sales goals.
• Provide waxing, tinting, and tweezing services to customers.
• Personally connect with customers to achieve individual sales targets.
• Hold daily team meetings and maintain open communication.
• Develop in-store events and partnerships to boost sales.
• Ensure counter is fully stocked and report inventory concerns.
• Communicate between store managers and area managers.
• Oversee administrative tasks and monthly staff rotas.
• Maintain hygiene and presentation of counter and displays.
