Benefit Cosmetics in Manchester is seeking a Full-time Counter Manager at Boots Trafford to lead a brow and beauty counter, drive sales, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will train and motivate a team, supervise services, and coordinate events to boost brand presence.

The role requires a hands-on leader with a passion for cosmetics, strong sales drive, and ability to manage stock, scheduling, and daily operations in a busy counter environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years customer service in retail or hospitality.
• Minimum 6 months of management experience.
• Flexible availability including weekends, late nights and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate Brow and Beauty Experts to hit sales goals.
• Provide brow services and ensure high service standards.
• Demonstrate products to drive individual and counter targets.
• Conduct daily team meetings and maintain open communication.
• Develop in-store events to boost sales and brand awareness.
• Keep counter fully stocked and report inventory concerns.
• Communicate between store managers and area managers.
• Handle daily, weekly, monthly admin tasks and rotas.
• Maintain hygiene and display standards across the counter.
