Qualifikationen

• Minimum 4 years of customer service experience in retail or hospitality.
• Minimum 6 months of management experience.
• Flexible availability including weekends, late nights, bank holidays.
• Passion for makeup and delivering great customer experiences.

Aufgaben

• Lead and motivate Brow and Beauty Experts to hit sales targets.
• Provide brow services and ensure high service standards.
• Drive in-store events and partnerships to boost sales and brand awareness.
• Monitor stock and report concerns to minimise lost sales opportunities.
• Create fair monthly staff rotas to optimise coverage.
• Maintain hygienic, visually appealing displays and counter environment.
