Job summary

Benefit Cosmetics is seeking a Full-time Counter Manager for the Boots store in St. Enoch Shopping Centre, Glasgow. You will lead Brow and Beauty Experts, hit sales targets, and ensure outstanding customer experiences.

Responsibilities include coaching the team, executing events, managing stock, and reporting to Area Manager, while maintaining a high standard of counter presentation and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Dynamic, enthusiastic and sales-driven mindset.
• Passion for make-up and retail with focus on sales targets.
• Minimum 6 months of management experience.
• 4+ years of customer service experience in retail or hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate Brow and Beauty Experts to hit and exceed sales goals.
• Provide waxing, tinting, and tweezing services to customers.
• Personally connect with customers to achieve individual sales targets.
• Conduct daily team meetings and maintain communication.
• Develop in-store events and brand initiatives to boost sales.
• Ensure counter is stocked and report inventory concerns.
• Communicate between store/department and area managers.
• Oversee administrative tasks and staff rotas.
• Maintain hygiene and attractive counter displays.
