Responsibilities:

• Manage retail objectives and lead your team to maximize sales and customer service standards.
• Motivate staff, delegate roles, and ensure sales targets are met.
• Perform brow services like waxing, tinting, and tweezing (training provided).
• Conduct team meetings and foster motivation and achievement.
• Organize promotional events and build business through innovative activities.
• Maintain stock levels and ensure cleanliness and hygiene.
• Communicate effectively with store and area managers, and handle administrative tasks including staff rotas.

Qualifications: Counter Managers may need to work weekends, late nights, and bank holidays.
