Drunk Elephant Counter Manager

Reports to: Area Sales & Education Manager Drunk Elephant
Job Location: Sephora, Eldon Square - Newcastle
Contract type: Permanent Contract, 22.5 hours per week over 3 days

MISSION

Drunk Elephant isolates the most effective ingredients that directly benefit the health of skin. We follow an ingredient elimination philosophy for a total skin reset, using only products that support skin health and formulation integrity, regardless of whether ingredients are synthetic or natural.

Our philosophy targets the 'Suspicious 6': essential oils, drying alcohols, silicones, chemical sunscreens, fragrances/dyes, SLS. Removing these can help skin reset and return to a healthy, balanced state.

We think of our skincare routines as smoothies—easy to mix and change, with highly absorbable, biocompatible ingredients.

Our skin, scalp, and body products respect the skin's needs, using nourishing, biocompatible ingredients for optimal health.

Our strategic focus includes leveraging our portfolio, capturing new retail opportunities, making customer-driven decisions, and creating a great workplace.
