  • Excellent business acumen including sales analysis, inventory management, and staffing organization.
  • Proven success in achieving personal sales targets and leading a team to exceed theirs.
  • Ability to develop and coach the team for optimal performance and personal growth.
  • Experience in delivering and creating events to promote business in the community and store.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Embrace digital business tools and promote their use within your team.
  • Identify store-level business strengths and coordinate with retail and training teams to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Devise retention strategies for team members.
  • Develop positive relationships with department store floor managers and head office.
  • Act as a brand ambassador through attitude, event participation, and grooming.
  • Convey passion and master storytelling to clients.
  • Connect with clients through solutions and after-sales/clienteling.
  • Work flexibly during retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays (except Christmas day).
