Job summary

Bupa Mindplace Leeds is seeking a Counsellor/Psychotherapist to provide high-quality counselling to customers, working både independently and within a multidisciplinary team. The role supports short to long-term work, with sessions scheduled Monday to Friday and occasional weekends, between 08:00 and 22:00.

Qualifications

• Essential: BACP Accredited Counsellors/ Psychotherapists NCPS Professional Accredited Registrants UKCP Registered Psychotherapeutic Counsellors/ Psychotherapists; 3 years full-time post-qualification counselling experience.
• Desirable: Training in incident support; corporate experience and business understanding.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality counselling or brief interventions with excellent clinical outcomes.
• Deliver comprehensive assessments and formulations to drive evidence-based interventions.
• Offer models of service delivery, including face to face sessions.
• Follow sessional limits based on client benefits.
• Provide signposting or onward referrals as needed.
• Deliver group psychoeducation, raise mental health awareness, and promote wellbeing.
