Job summary

Bupa Mindplace Sussex is recruiting a Counsellor/Psychotherapist to deliver high-quality counselling to our customers in person. The role involves independent practice within a multidisciplinary team, liaising with internal and external services to support short- to longer-term care.

The post requires BACP Accredited status, NCPS/UKCP registration, and at least 3 years' post-qualification experience. Accreditation must be current at application and training in incident support is desirable.

Qualifications

• BACP Accredited counsellor/psychotherapist with NCPS/UKCP registration.
• Minimum 3 years' full-time post-qualification counselling experience.
• Accreditation required at time of application.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality counselling with excellent clinical outcomes.
• Deliver assessments and formulations for evidence-based interventions.
• Offer models including face-to-face sessions.
• Follow case management processes and collaborate with clinical leads.
• Attend regular clinical supervision and team meetings.
