Job summary

Bupa Mindplace Leeds is seeking a Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist for a permanent part-time role (minimum 2 days per week) at Mindplace Leeds, Kirkstall Forge, Leeds. Salary starts from £47,000 per year pro-rata with extensive Bupa benefits.

Qualifications

• BABCP accreditation required
• Post-Graduate Diploma in CBT (BABCP accredited)
• At least 2 years’ post-qualification CBT experience

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality Cognitive Behavioural Therapy or brief interventions with strong clinical outcomes.
• Deliver comprehensive assessments and formulations to determine appropriate care pathways.
• Offer face-to-face, telephone or video sessions as suited to the client.
• Follow Bupa’s case management processes and collaborate with leads and therapy team.
• Adhere to sessional limits based on client funding while pursuing therapeutic goals.
• Provide signposting or onward referral when needed.
• Deliver wellbeing support and coaching as required.
• Produce one-off assessments and referral recommendations as needed.
• Conduct group psychoeducation and promote mental wellbeing through remote sessions and events.
• Work autonomously within professional guidelines and Bupa policies and procedures.
• Attend regular clinical supervision to support practice.
• Collaborate with operations and clinical teams to improve client and staff experiences.
