Job summary

Mindplace Leeds, part of Bupa UK, is seeking a Counsellor/Psychotherapist to deliver high-quality, face-to-face counselling to Bupa customers. You will work within a multi-disciplinary team, manage your own caseload, and liaise with safeguarding agencies while following service policies.

The role requires BACP/NCPS/UKCP accreditation with 3 years post-qualification experience, and offers flexible part-time or full-time hours, with generous benefits and ongoing supervision.

Qualifications

• BACP Accredited Counsellors/Psychotherapists required.
• NCPS Professional Accredited Registrants preferred.
• UKCP Registered Psychotherapists/Counsellors required.
• 3 years of full-time post-qualification counselling experience.
• Accreditation required at time of application.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality counselling or brief interventions with clinical outcomes.
• Deliver assessments and formulations to guide interventions.
• Offer face-to-face sessions and other models of service delivery.
• Follow Bupa case management processes and collaborate with the clinical team.
• Attend clinical supervision and team meetings.
• Manage caseload and work toward individual targets and outcomes.
• Promote mental wellbeing through workshops and training.
