Job summary

Bupa Mindplace Leeds seeks a Counsellor/Psychotherapist to provide high-quality, face-to-face counselling within a multidisciplinary clinical team. You will liaise with internal and external services and safeguarding agencies, ensuring safe, effective care.

We offer flexible hours (min 3 days/week) with sessions 08:00–16:00, 14:00–22:00, and weekends. Training, supervision, and a comprehensive benefits package are included.

Qualifications

• BACP Accredited Counsellors/Psychotherapists or equivalent.
• NCPS Professional Accredited Registrants.
• UKCP Registered Psychotherapists/Counsellors.
• 3 years of full-time post-qualification counselling experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality counselling or brief interventions with good clinical outcomes.
• Deliver comprehensive assessments and formulations for evidence-based interventions.
• Offer different service models including face-to-face sessions.
• Follow sessional limits based on client benefits.
• Signposting or referrals as needed.
• Deliver group psychoeducation and wellbeing activities.
• Work autonomously within guidelines and participate in supervision.
