Job summary

Bupa Mindplace in Birmingham is seeking a Counsellor/Psychotherapist to provide high-quality counselling to customers, working within a multidisciplinary team. The role is face-to-face with flexible session times and includes supervision and collaboration with clinical leads.

The position requires accreditation (BACP/UKCP) and at least 3 years of post-qualification experience, with Monday–Friday availability and occasional weekend coverage. Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits apply.

Qualifications

• Essential accreditation and 3 years of full-time post-qualification counselling experience.
• Accreditation required at time of application.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality counselling or brief interventions with excellent clinical outcomes.
• Deliver assessments and formulations to drive evidence-based interventions.
• Offer face-to-face sessions and remote options as appropriate.
• Follow case management processes and collaborate with clinical leads and team.
• Attend regular clinical supervision and team meetings.
• Collaborate with operational and clinical teams to improve client experiences.
