Job summary

Bupa UK is seeking a Clinical Counselling Psychologist to support our customers with education and mental health care at Mindplace Edgbaston, Birmingham. The role combines patient-focused therapy with flexible session models and corporate-aligned service delivery.

The position offers part-time and full-time hours, with sessions Monday to Sunday and a mix of early/late shifts. You will join a supportive clinical team and work within private medical insurance guidelines.

Qualifications

• Professional doctorate in Clinical/Counselling Psychology accredited by the British Psychological Society.
• Health and Care Professions Council registration as a Chartered Clinical/Counselling Psychologist.
• General adult mental health experience with at least 1 year post-qualification clinical practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality therapeutic care with excellent clinical outcomes.
• Deliver comprehensive assessments and formulations for evidence-based intervention.
• Offer different models of service delivery: face-to-face, telephone, or video consultations.
• Attend regular clinical supervision and team meetings.
• Collaborate with clinical leads and therapy team to improve client experiences.
