Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality counselling with clinical outcomes
- Deliver assessments and formulations for interventions
- Offer face-to-face sessions and other delivery models
- Follow case management processes and collaborate with leads
- Adhere to sessional limits based on company benefits
- Provide signposting or onward referrals as needed
- Deliver wellbeing support and coaching
- Conduct single assessments and referrals
- Deliver group psychoeducation and remote sessions
- Work autonomously within guidelines and participate in supervision and meetings
- Collaborate to improve client and employee experiences
