Newrest UK is seeking a Costing Analyst to ensure accurate product, recipe and operational costing, providing reliable data to support pricing, margin management, budgeting and commercial decision-making.

You will work closely with Finance, Commercial, Procurement and Production to understand true costs and identify opportunities to improve profitability and cost control.

Responsabilidades

• Produce and maintain detailed product and recipe costings, including direct costs.
• Provide accurate costing information for tenders, quotations and customer proposals.
• Support Commercial teams with pricing scenarios, model the financial impact of specification, contract and volume changes.
• Provide cost and margin analysis including, investigating variances due to price increase, yield, volume changes among other aspects of the service.
• Ensure that costings within Newrest systems are updated, accurate and reflect the menus agreed with customers.
• Liaise with Culinary Lead to ensure that Menu Grids are completed and accurate.
• Create and update menu specifications and costings foreach food component.
• Ensure all aspects of the service are accurately detailed in the system.
• Compliance checking, recording outcomes and implementing improvement plans on an ad hoc basis, across the UK.
• Support in menu presentations / chef tables and customer meetings.

Job Purpose

The Costing Analystis responsible for ensuring accurate product, recipe and operational costing,providing the business with reliable cost information to support pricing,margin management, budgeting and commercial decision-making.

The role worksclosely with Finance, Commercial, Procurement, Production and Operations tounderstand the true cost of products and services and identify opportunities to improve profitability and cost control.
