2 Sisters Food Group in Carlisle is seeking a Finance Operations Analyst to join the finance team, reporting to the Head of Finance. This hands-on role focuses on data analysis, product costing, and partnering with operations to understand cost drivers.

You will work across the finance function, using Excel to manipulate and present data, identify variances, and provide insightful financial information to support decisions. The role follows a 08:30-17:00 schedule onsite at Carlisle.

Qualifications

• Experience in a finance or commercial finance environment.
• Strong Excel data handling and analysis.
• Understanding of costings, variances and financial reporting.
• Ability to collaborate with operational teams.
