One Retail Group is seeking an experienced Costa Unit Manager for Dorset County Hospital in Dorchester. This role leads the Costa Coffee operation, covers a 40-hour week, and carries a salary of £33,000 per annum, with a strong emphasis on delivering exceptional customer experiences.

You will manage day-to-day operations, develop and coach the team, maintain Costa brand standards, and drive sales while controlling stock, costs and safety.

Formación

• Have previous management experience within a branded coffee, retail, hospitality or foodservice environment.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, motivate and develop a high-performing team to deliver excellent customer service every day.
• Oversee the daily operation of the Costa unit, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
• Drive sales performance and identify opportunities to grow revenue and customer satisfaction.
• Manage stock control, ordering, and waste minimisation to maximise profitability.
• Ensure Costa brand standards, food safety, health & safety, and hygiene standards are always maintained.
• Monitor financial performance, labour costs and key operational metrics.
• Act as the main point of contact for the unit, resolving issues professionally and effectively.
• Build a positive team culture focused on engagement, accountability and continuous improvement.
• Ensure all colleagues are trained, supported and equipped to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
