Job summary

Compass Group UK&I is looking for a Costa Manager to lead the Costa store at Milton Keynes University Hospital. This 40-hour-per-week role offers a competitive salary of £39,000 per annum and the opportunity to drive exceptional coffee experiences for customers and staff.

You will oversee daily operations, minimise waste in beverage production, delegate effectively, and act as the main point of contact and decision-maker while maintaining a proactive, customer-focused team environment.

Overseeing daily operations, to ensure the smoothrunning of the operations in a major brand, leading the team with enthusiasm,and ensuring a welcoming environment where both customers and staff can enjoyexceptional coffee experiences.
