Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and ensure seamless execution of business goals.
• Minimize waste during beverage production.
• Delegate where necessary and keep the team proactive at all times.
• In GM's absence, assist with weekly bookwork and other duties as needed.
• Act as main contact and decision-maker in GM's absence.
• Be proactive, use initiative, diplomacy and discretion to solve problems.
