Job summary

Scoffs Group, the UK's largest Costa Coffee franchise, is recruiting Barista Maestros (Team Leaders) for a 10-hour-per-week contract. You’ll lead by example, brew great Costa coffee, and welcome customers with warmth. The role offers a friendly, fast-paced environment with opportunities to grow within Scoffs Group.

No prior experience required—we provide full training. You’ll guide the team, maintain store standards, and manage stock when needed.

The Role: Barista Maestro (Team Leader) 10hr contract per week

As a Barista Maestro, you’ll take centre stage — not just crafting quality Costa coffee but inspiring your team and creating a welcoming atmosphere for every customer.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Crafting consistently great coffee with skill and care
• Delivering outstanding customer service that leaves a lasting impression
• Leading by example and supporting your team to meet brand standards
