Job summary

Compass Group UK&I is recruiting an experienced Assistant Café Manager for Costa on a full-time basis in Stevenage. This role will oversee catering and service operations, with a 40-hour week and 5 days of shift patterns.

You will liaise between the team and management, motivate staff, manage inventories and budgets, handle tills, train teams and support administration. A strong customer service mindset and proven leadership are essential.
