Costa's Assistant Cafe Manager in Stevenage is a full-time role, contracted to 40 hours per week. You will oversee cafe operations, ensuring exceptional food service and a seamless guest experience while leading and developing a great team.

As part of Compass Group UK&I, you will manage inventories, budgets and tills, train staff, and uphold the Costa brand standards across daily operations.

Responsibilities

We're recruiting an experienced Assistant Cafe Manager who is passionate about exceptional food and world-class customer service, and who can confidently oversee all Compass Group UK&I catering and service operations for a major High Street brand on a full time basis, contracted to 40 hours per week.

As an Assistant Cafe Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring our kitchens and service counters run smoothly and helping to deliver truly incredible food experiences.
