Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking an Associate Cost Manager / Commercial Manager to lead cost management for major infrastructure projects. The role requires strong client engagement, contract administration, and value engineering to keep projects within budget.

You will work with cross-disciplinary teams, oversee forecasts, final accounts, and contract changes, and drive improvements in cost performance. A consultative, collaborative approach is key to success.

Qualifications

• MRICS qualification or equivalent preferred.
• NEC3 contracts experience is advantageous.
• Post-contract administration experience is essential.
• Experience on major programmes and infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

• Establish professional relationships with clients, colleagues and project stakeholders.
• Administering contracts in line with project objectives and policies.
• Provide accurate cost monitoring, forecasting and reporting to budget.
• Proactively monitor cost variance, cash flow and timely payment of applications.
• Collaborate with client and contractor teams to deliver project deliverables and KPIs.
• Lead and manage commissions and project teams as required.
