Responsibilities

• Develop cost control data structures to accurately track actual costs.
• Establishing project control budgets aligned with baselines.
• Track actual costs against cost controls for internal and external expenditure.
• Track accruals and commitments against budget constraints.
• Build project forecasts including ETC and EAC.
• Accurately report all project information including Earned Value Management.
• Monitor contingency and exposure from risk events.
• Track change control to align with baselines and data structures.
• Identify key trends to inform future change controls.
