Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Cost Engineer to support major projects with accurate cost performance reporting and Earned Value metrics. The role involves developing project cost data structures, setting budgets, and tracking costs against baselines throughout the lifecycle.

You will produce forecasts including ETC and EAC, manage contingencies, and ensure change control alignment. Strong experience with Prism, Ecosys, SAP and Oracle is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Typically, a qualified graduate in a relevant discipline with proven working experience in cost controls for major projects.
• CIMA qualification welcomed and appreciated.
• Experience with project cost procedures and standards across lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Develop cost control data structures to track actual costs.
• Establish project control budgets aligned with baselines.
• Track actual costs against cost structures and forecast ETC/EAC.
• Provide accurate reporting including Earned Value Management.
• Monitor contingency and risks and ensure change controls align with baselines.
