Responsibilities

• Answer new enquiries by phone, WhatsApp, email and social media.
• Book consultations for new and existing patients.
• Follow up leads and guide patients to the next step.
• Set up online consultations.
• Manage inbound calls and enquiries with a high level of patient care.
