The Cadogan Clinic in Chelsea is seeking a Patient Liaison Manager to warmly welcome patients and support them through their journey with our consultants and care teams.

You will build trusted relationships, enhance the patient experience, and ensure patients feel informed and confident from consultation through treatment, while handling front-line liaison with a focus on premium patient care.

Qualifications

• Experience within cosmetic surgery or private healthcare.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• A professional, empathetic and patient-focused approach.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Commercial awareness and confidence supporting patient decision-making.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsabilités

• Welcome and support patients attending consultations and surgery.
• Conduct pre- and post-consultation conversations to understand patient needs and concerns.
• Capture consultant feedback and patient insights following appointments.
• Support patients in progressing confidently to surgery.
• Act as the key liaison between consultants and the Patient Advisory team.
• Maintain accurate patient records using Pabau.
• Deliver a premium, personalised experience at every stage of the patient journey.
