Job summary

Kingsley Wood is seeking a corporate solicitor with strong experience in technology and AI law to join as a Consultant Partner. You will lead technology-focused transactions, manage client relationships, and drive business development in a flexible remote UK setup.

You will enjoy autonomy, competitive fee share, and full admin and compliance support while growing your own practice within a trusted partner network.

Qualifications

• 4+ years PQE in corporate law with focus on technology & AI.

The Role

We are seeking a corporate solicitor with strong experience across a broad range of complex corporate law experience, specialising in technology-focused transactions and AI-related law to work in the capacity of a Partner and participating in business development.

The Candidate

You will be an experienced, commercially astute lawyer who:

• Is ambitious, entrepreneurial, and motivated to grow their own client following
