The successful candidate will enjoy full autonomy, flexible hours, and an earn-up-to-fee-share model (75% minimum) within a modern, tech-enabled consultancy platform in the UK.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate as a Partner and participate in business development.

The Role

We are seeking a corporate solicitor with strong experience across a broad range of complex corporate law experience, specialising in technology-focused transactions and AI-related law to work in the capacity of a Partner and participating in business development.

The Candidate

You will be an experienced, commercially astute lawyer who:

• 4 years’+ PQE in corporate law, specialising in Technology & AI law.

• Is ambitious, entrepreneurial, and motivated to grow their own client following
• Thrives in a flexible, modern working environment
