Job summary

Kingsley Wood is seeking a corporate solicitor to join as a Consultant Partner, specialising in technology and AI law. You will lead client relationships, drive business development, and participate in strategic growth, all within a flexible remote UK framework.

The role offers autonomy, attractive fee share options (up to 85% of billings, minimum 75%), and the chance to build a sustainable client following while enjoying modern legal tech support and administrative back-up.

Qualifications

• 4+ years PQE in corporate law with focus on technology and AI
• Strong technical drafting and advocacy skills
• Ability to generate work through existing contacts and business development initiatives
• Ambitious, entrepreneurial, and motivated to grow their own client following

Responsibilities

• Operate as Partner with autonomy in managing client relationships and fee arrangements
• Develop and execute business development strategies for technology & AI corporate work
• Manage complex corporate transactions in the tech/AI space
• Leverage flexibility of remote work to build and sustain a scalable practice
