Job summary

Kingsley Wood is seeking a Corporate Solicitor with a specialization in Technology and AI to join as a Consultant Partner. The role offers full autonomy, strong client-facing responsibilities, and the ability to develop a scalable practice in a fully remote UK setup.

You will leverage your 4+ years PQE in corporate law to advise on complex tech transactions, while actively pursuing new business and expanding your client base within a modern, flexible framework.

The Role

We are seeking a corporate solicitor with strong experience across a broad range of complex corporate law experience, specialising in technology-focused transactions and AI-related law to work in the capacity of a Partner and participating in business development.
