AJ Chambers in London is seeking a Corporate Solicitor to join its growing legal team on a hybrid basis. The role covers company law, M&A, restructurings and shareholder matters, with a clear path for career progression.

• Shareholder agreements and joint ventures
• Capital investments and strategic business transactions
• Working closely with tax and accountancy specialists to deliver commercially focused, integrated advice

Key Knowledge and Expertise:

• Qualified Solicitor with approximately 4-6 years' PQE

• Strong experience in corporate law
• Previous experience working within a partnership or professional services environment
