Job summary

Moore SGD Law LLP in London is seeking a Corporate Solicitor to advise clients on a broad range of corporate matters, including mergers, group reorganisations and shareholders’ agreements. The role requires 3–4 years’ post‑qualified experience, a valid Solicitors Practising Certificate and LPC qualification, with strong drafting and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years’ post-qualified experience in corporate law.

Our corporate team specialises in company law, group reorganisations, investments and shareholder agreements, share incentives, employee ownership trusts, management buyouts and mergers and acquisitions. We work closely with clients to help them navigate complex transactions and achieve their strategic objectives.

We’re looking for a Solicitor who enjoys working on a broad range of corporate matters. You’ll advise clients across a wide range of corporate law issues, often where legal considerations intersect with accountancy and tax work. This is a genuinely collaborative role, working closely with colleagues across the wider advisory services practice to deliver joined‑up, high‑quality advice.
