Job summary

G2legal in Oxford is seeking a Corporate Solicitor/Associate with 1–3 PQE to join its Chambers-ranked team. You will handle a high-quality mix of M&A, corporate transactions, private equity and shareholder agreements, working closely with Partners on complex matters.

This hybrid Oxford role offers excellent training, client exposure to UK and international clients, and a clear path for progression within a leading corporate practice.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years’ PQE in Corporate / Corporate Commercial.
• Experience of M&A and general corporate transactions.
• Strong drafting and communication skills.
• Commercially minded and client-focused.
• Keen to develop and progress within a leading Corporate team.

Our client is a highly regarded Chambers-ranked law firm seeking a Corporate Solicitor/Corporate Associate (1–3 PQE) to join its growing Oxford team.
