Job summary

Kingsley Wood, a leading innovative legal consultancy in the UK, is seeking a Corporate Solicitor to join as a Partner within a flexible, autonomy-first model.

You will manage client relationships, lead on corporate matters, and participate in business development while enjoying high autonomy, a competitive fee share (up to 85%, minimum 75%), and full administrative support.

• 4+ years PQE in corporate law.
• Strong drafting and advocacy skills.
• Ability to generate work through existing contacts and business development initiatives.

The Role

We are seeking a Corporate Solicitor with strong experience across a broad range of complex corporate law to work in the capacity of a Partner and participating in business development.

The Candidate

You will be an experienced, commercially astute lawyer who:

• 4 years'+ PQE in corporate law
• Demonstrates strong technical drafting and advocacy skills

• Is ambitious, entrepreneurial, and motivated to grow their own client following
• Thrives in a flexible, modern working environment
