Michael Page in Leeds is recruiting a Corporate Solicitor to join a highly regarded team within a global law firm. You will handle high‑value corporate transactions with a strong emphasis on M&A and opportunities for international exposure.

The role offers a salary of £83,000 to £100,000, 25 days of holiday, a performance bonus, and hybrid working arrangements. The successful candidate will be a solicitor with 2–8 years PQE and a robust corporate background.

Qualifications

• A solicitor with around 2 to 8 years PQE.
• Experience in a broad range of corporate transactions, particularly M&A.
• Confident advising clients on complex and commercially important matters.
• Commercially minded with strong drafting and negotiation skills.
• Able to build trusted relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Keen to develop within an international law firm.
• Experience in private equity or cross border transactions would be advantageous, but is not essential.

• Advising on acquisitions, disposals and investments.
• Supporting private equity transactions and strategic investments.
• Advising on equity capital markets transactions where appropriate.

• Building strong relationships with clients and developing an understanding of their commercial objectives.
• Working collaboratively with colleagues across the UK and international offices.
