Job summary

Sellick Partnership is recruiting a Corporate Solicitor for its Leeds office. The role targets a solicitor with 3–6 years’ PQE and strong corporate experience to join a well-established national practice.

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor with 3–6 years' PQE and strong corporate experience.
• Solid experience across M&A, acquisitions, disposals, investments and general corporate advisory work.
• Confident managing transactions from inception through to completion, with attention to detail and commercial awareness.
• Experience working with a broad range of clients, including owner-managed businesses, SMEs, larger corporates and/or private equity-backed businesses.
• Strong communication and client management skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships.
• Commercial, dynamic and collaborative approach, with an interest in business development and contributing to the growth of the team.

Responsibilities

• Handle acquisitions, disposals, investments, reorganisations, shareholder agreements and general corporate advisory work.
• Work alongside partners and senior lawyers on high-quality transactions.
