Qualifications

• Approximately 3-4 years’ post qualified experience.
• LPC qualification or equivalent is required.

Responsibilities

• Company law and general business law advice.
• Group reorganisations, including capital reductions, share buybacks, share exchanges and reconstructions.
• Capital investments and strategic advice to new and developing businesses.
• Joint ventures, investment and shareholders’ agreements.
• Mergers and acquisitions of companies and businesses.
• Employee Ownership Trusts.
