Job summary

Law Staff, a recognised top London-based law firm, seeks a Corporate Solicitor with 5+ years PQE to join its growing corporate team. You will lead complex transactions from due diligence through drafting and completion, delivering high‑level advice on M&A, shareholder agreements, and restructurings.

You will manage client relationships, develop new business, and mentor junior solicitors, with a transparent progression path toward partnership in a collaborative, non-siloed environment.

• Lead complex corporate transactions independently from initial instruction and due diligence through to drafting, negotiation, and completion.
• Deliver technical advice across a broad range of corporate matters, including M&A, shareholder agreements, corporate restructurings, and general company law advisory.
