We seek a Corporate Solicitor with 4 years’+ PQE to join as a Partner, with responsibility for business development and client relationships, while offering autonomy and a flexible approach to hours and days worked.

Qualifications

• 4 years’+ PQE in corporate law.
• Strong technical drafting and advocacy skills.
• Comfortable generating work through existing contacts and business development initiatives.
• Ambitious, entrepreneurial, and motivated to grow their own client following.

Responsibilities

• Act as a Partner and participate in business development.
• Manage client relationships and fee arrangements.
• Advise on complex corporate matters and draft sophisticated documents.
• Grow a personal client following within a flexible, modern working environment.

The Role

We are seeking a Corporate Solicitor with strong experience across a broad range of complex corporate law to work in the capacity of a Partner and participating in business development.

The Candidate

You will be an experienced, commercially astute lawyer who:

• 4 years’+ PQE in corporate law
• Demonstrates strong technical drafting and advocacy skills

• Is ambitious, entrepreneurial, and motivated to grow their own client following
• Thrives in a flexible, modern working environment

Candidates with an existing client following or clear business plan will be particularly attractive.
