Salary: GBP45000 - GBP60000 per annum

National, full-service law firm looking to recruit a Corporate Solicitor into their Birmingham office.

Sacco Mann has been instructed on a Corporate Solicitor role within a large and award-winning team. In this role, you will provide guidance on matters such as:

1. Mergers and acquisitions
2. Disposals
3. Equity capital markets
4. Joint ventures
5. Shareholder arrangements
6. Reorganisations and demergers
7. Corporate structures
8. Governance

The successful candidate will ideally have at least 1+ PQE in Corporate law, be able to work as part of a close-knit team, and be looking to progress their career further.
