William James Recruitment is assisting a leading Legal 500 boutique in Bristol to recruit a Corporate Senior Solicitor. You will handle high-value mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments and strategic corporate transactions for a discerning client base.

The role involves advising on a wide range of corporate matters, leading complex PE-driven deals, and nurturing long-term client relationships within a collaborative, growth-focused team.

Qualifications

• Qualified solicitor with 5+ years' PQE in corporate transactional law.
• Strong background advising on mergers and acquisitions, private equity and joint venture matters.
• Experience gained within a reputable regional, national or international law firm.
• Commercially minded with excellent technical and strategic advisory skills.
• Proven ability to build lasting client relationships and manage complex transactions.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on a broad range of corporate transactions including mergers, acquisitions, investments and joint ventures.
• Lead complex matters for private equity investors, entrepreneurs and high-growth businesses.
• Support clients throughout the full business lifecycle, from investment through to exit.
