You will lead on mergers, acquisitions and investments, while mentoring junior lawyers and driving business development in a collaborative, fast-paced team.

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor with 5+ years' PQE in corporate transactional law.
• Strong background advising on mergers, acquisitions, private equity and JV matters.
• Experience at reputable regional, national or international law firm.
