Job summary

William James Recruitment is seeking a Corporate Senior Solicitor / Partner for its Bristol office. You will advise on high-value corporate transactions for private companies and owner-managed businesses, while helping grow the firm’s Corporate practice.

You will lead complex matters, develop long-term client relationships and contribute to the growth strategy of the Bristol office within a reputable Legal 500 platform.

Qualifications

• Experience in corporate transactional law (M&A, restructures, investments)
• Proven track record advising private companies and owner-managed businesses
• Strong technical and strategic advisory skills
• Commercially minded with excellent client service
• Ability to mentor more junior lawyers and grow the practice

A leading Legal 500 law firm with an outstanding reputation in the South West is looking for a Corporate Senior Solicitor / Partner to join its highly regarded Bristol office. You will work with an established and diverse client base, advising private companies, entrepreneurs and owner-managed businesses on a broad range of high-value corporate transactions, while playing a key role in the continued growth of the firm's Corporate practice.

The Role:
