Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor with 5+ years' PQE in corporate transactional law.
• Strong background advising on mergers and acquisitions, private equity and joint ventures.
• Experience at reputed regional, national or international law firms.
• Commercially minded with excellent technical and strategic advisory skills.
