Job summary

LC Legal is representing a Top 50 UK law firm seeking a Corporate Associate (3+ PQE) to join its expanding South West team in Bristol. You’ll enjoy high-quality transactional work, early responsibility and a key role in growing the practice.

You'll collaborate with experienced corporate lawyers advising owner-managed businesses, fast-growth companies, corporates and institutional clients, with exposure to M&A, restructures, shareholder agreements and private equity transactions.

Qualifications

• Qualified solicitor with ~3+ years' PQE in corporate work.
• Solid experience handling corporate matters.
• Strong technical corporate law knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Advise on mergers & acquisitions and corporate restructures.
• Draft and negotiate shareholder agreements and investments.
• Provide general corporate advisory services to a broad client base.
• Work closely with partners and grow the firm's regional practice.

The Opportunity

You'll join a collaborative team of experienced corporate lawyers advising a broad client base, including owner-managed businesses, fast-growth companies, established corporates and institutional clients.

Working closely with a well-respected Corporate Partner who is continuing to expand the firm's presence across the Bristol market, you'll gain exposure to a varied caseload including:

• Mergers & acquisitions
• Corporate restructures
• Shareholder agreements
• Investments and private equity transactions
• General corporate advisory work

About You

You'll be a qualified Solicitor with around 3+ years' PQE and solid experience handling corporate matters.

You'll also bring:

• Strong technical corporate law knowledge
• Confidence managing your own matters while working collaboratively
• Excellent communication and client relationship skillsA commercial and proactive approach
• An interest in helping grow a successful regional practice
