Job summary

Borr Drilling Ltd in London is seeking a Corporate Reporting Manager to oversee external financial reporting and related capital markets filings. You will support US GAAP compliance, SOX controls, and the preparation of filings such as the 20-F and 6-K, while collaborating with regional accounting teams.

You will also contribute to ICFR, provide accounting guidance, and manage multiple projects to tighten reporting processes and policies.

Qualifications

Minimum college degree/Diploma in Accounting and/or finance preferred.
Qualified accountant – ACA/ACCA/CIMA/CPA or equivalent preferred.
Previous experience with US GAAP and SEC external reporting.
Previous experience with SOX controls.
Excellent English verbal and written communications skills.
Advanced MS Excel and Word working knowledge.

Responsibilities

Assist with preparation of external group reporting including US capital markets filings (20-F, 6-K).
Assist with variance analysis and analytical review for external reporting.
Support US GAAP compliance and new accounting standards issuance monitoring.
Research and prepare accounting papers on US GAAP issues.
Enhance financial reporting policies and automate processes where possible.
Be the control preparer for SOX-related controls and assist internal controls testing.
Provide external audit support and coaching to Regional Accounting teams.
