Job Introduction

We are recruiting a Corporate Receptionist to be part of an exciting new Rapport team based in the heart of the city of London.

This is the ideal role for someone who has an incredible ability to spark immediate Rapport with the guests arriving to the building. You will be an integral part of a highly professional team focused on delivering outstanding service and memorable experiences. The ability to take ownership is key to success and fantastic communication is essential.

Type of contract: Full-time, Permanent

Hours: 40 per week (Monday-Friday, shift rota basis between 7 AM and 7 PM)

Main responsibilities

  • Creating a professional client experience that meets customer needs
  • Escorting guests to required destination (if required), ensuring smooth transitions between team members at each stage of their journey
  • Staying updated on business activities and communicating changes promptly
  • Organising your work efficiently for timely service delivery
  • Building strong relationships with all departments for seamless service
  • Proactively dealing with enquiries and requests in person, via the telephone or email, in a timely and professional manner
  • Communicating accurately and attentively with peers and management
  • Following and documenting all health and safety procedures.

  • Be computer literate, with excellent communication skills, verbal and written, with a professional telephone and email etiquette
  • Demonstrate the ability to work independently and manage own workload
